How to Order

Simple shopping step-by-step (quickly explain)

 

Ø  Register on Gnomyland - Please Sign In on the web (login). All member information is kept private.

Ø  Find your wishes articles at our shop Gnomyland.

Ø  Add those products to your shopping bag.

Ø  Click "check out" when you finish shopping.

Ø  Enter your delivery details and select shipping method.
(the system calculates automatically the shipping expenses to your country)

Ø  Select payment method.
(Paypal/Credit Card & Advanced Payment)

Ø  Confirm your order and that's it - you've placed your order!

Shipping & Delivery
How to See Your Shipping Rates During Your Shopping Process
Your shipping rates are calculated directly by the carrier. Their rates are formulated by ship to location, package weight, and sometimes by package size. (Every article is weighed for being able to calculate effectively expenses)

To see your shipping rate any time during your shopping process, add your items to your shopping cart and then go to the 'check out now' page and fill in your 'Ship To' information only. Then click on the button 'Continue' located at the bottom of the page.

On this next page you will find the shipping methods available in your area and the carrier's shipping rate. From there, to continue shopping, click on the 'go back to shopping' button. To add or delete items from your shopping cart, click on 'my shopping cart' button at the top of the page and add or delete items from your shopping cart.

To check out, go back to the previous page and enter in your 'Bill To' and 'Ship To' information and then proceed with your check out.
Other additional costs are only the expenses of your country (VAT).

Gnomyland will not sell, rent or share any of your personal information.

Gnomyland respects the intellectual property of others, and we ask our shoppers to do the same. Failure to comply with CH and other country's copyright, trademark and other laws, subject you to criminal and or civil penalties. Returns & Replacements
We are proud of our fairy collections and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.

Delivery Damage If your order was damaged during delivery, or incorrect, you must contact us within 7 days of delivery receipt. To contact us please mail us to our customer service : info@gnomi.ch

If you are returning a product because we shipped you an item that you did not order, Gnomyland will pay the return-shipping cost up to the price of the original shipping method.


Return & Exchange Policy

Customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you are unsatisfied for any reason with your purchase, you have 10 days to return or exchange any item. However, returned items must be new, in its original packaging and in unworn condition. We cannot accept clothing returns with smoke or odor damage. Special order items are non-returnable.

The full purchase price minus shipping and handling will be refunded by check. It takes approximately five- seven business days to process your refund once the item is back in our possession.

A Return Merchandise Authorize Number is required for returns or exchanges. Please follow the process listed below:
1.    Contact customer by e-mailing us at info@gnomi.ch to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).  
2.    Upon authorization you will receive a RMA number. Place this number on a copy of your Packing Slip or on a copy of your Invoice Receipt you received by e-mail and return this sheet with your item.
3.    Pack the item to be returned securely in the original carton. Write your RMA number on the outside of the package.

You may send the return through a insured/traceable carrier of your choice such as registered mail. We are not responsible for packages sent to us that are lost or damaged. The delivery address will be communicated on our authorization form.

Ordering

For ordering you have the possibility to choose the language English – German – French – Italian – Spanish & select your wished currency CHF – EUR – USD.

Most orders placed during business days before 12:00 noon PST will be processed and shipped that day to 48 hours - provided the item is in stock. Any item that is made to order will result in a slight delay in shipping time. The shipping time for these items is listed on the more info pages about the product. This delay still applies when choosing expedited shipping. Please be aware of this if your gift is date sensitive. If you have any questions about item availability or shipping, please e-mail us at

Once your has been placed, you will receive an Invoice Receipt from Gnomyland sent to your Bill To e-mail address. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive another e-mail from us with your tracking number. All orders are packaged with a Packing Slip. Packing Slips state who the package is To and who the package is From based on the information you place in the Ship To and Bill To areas in your shopping cart. There are no prices listed on Packing Slips. Please note that due to credit card company approval procedures, there could be a delay if billing information is inaccurate, or if billing and shipping addresses are different.

Each country is subject to its own Custom's rules, duties, taxes and regulations, which can cause a delay in delivery. The client is responsible for all duties and taxes levied at their border.
Damaged, Incorrect, Incomplete Orders

Payment, Pricing & Promotions
Purchasing Payment Options
You can choose the prices in CHF – EUR – USD. When you make a purchase at Gnomyland, you may pay for your order online by paypal/credit card (Visa, MasterCard, Amex …), or advance payment. No personal or business checks accepted.

When making a purchase paid for by certified check or money order, place your items in your shopping cart. Go to the check out page and fill in your 'Ship To' information only. Then click on 'Continue' button at the bottom of the page. On the next page you will find a drop down menu of shipping methods available in your area. Select the shipping method of your choice. You will now have your order and shipping amount total for your purchase to your country. You may print this page, or you may write out your order. Please include your telephone number with your order so that we may contact you if needed.

  

 

What if I forgot my password?

If you have forgotten your password, click My account on the menu bar to access the Sign In screen. At the bottom of the page, click on the: Forgot your password? link. On the password retrieval page, you may enter your e-mail address, and then click Get Password. We will send your password to the e-mail address we have on file for your account.
